If you are 20 minutes late for your appointment you may be subject to rescheduling at service providers discretion, to avoid conflicting with other appointments.

Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hour notice.

Cancelations require a 48 hour notice. Last minute cancelations are subject to a fee. Repeated last minute cancelations may be prohibited from booking.

No show appointments with no notice will be charged a fee and may not be able to reschedule.

It is our belief that everyone who comes to Skincraft should be treated equally. This is a judgement free zone.
